The world revolves around stories.
Advertisements are no different. In a world saturated with media, people respond best to human-oriented, story-driven ads that don’t read like ads at all.
That’s what I do best.
I am an advertising student at The University of Oklahoma with a passion for sponsored storytelling through all mediums, including written work, design, videography and photography.
When you work with me, you can trust that you aren’t just getting an asset; you’re building your brand.
Because people respond to people. That’s what I’m all about.
I’m familiar with advertising from every step of the process: research, conceptualization, management and media creation across multiple softwares, including the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Take a look at what I’ve done.

I could start this biography in a dozen different ways: I could say I am dedicated to advertising at a higher level, or share my accomplishments, or just write about my experiences at the University of Oklahoma (OU).
But the quicker — and arguably easier — start is simply this: My name is Krista Fleming, and I’ve been a nerd my whole life.
I don’t just consume media; I analyze why it works. Being a nerd means getting genuinely excited about the little things, including diving down research rabbit holes, decoding subcultures and getting way too excited about unwrapping punctuation books on Christmas.
Being a nerd also means bringing that excitement to everything I do — and if there’s one thing I’m truly passionate about, it’s strategic storytelling.
I’m an undergraduate student pursuing a major in advertising at OU, and minors in communication and marketing. Beyond the classroom, I’ve gained hands-on experiences leading campaigns, managing teams and creating content as the Marketing Manager for the OU Daily.
Throughout my advertising career, what I’ve come to believe more than anything is that every brand has a story worth telling.
So if you need an end-to-end campaign strategy, a compelling piece of copy or visual media designed to stop viewers in their tracks, there’s no one better to give it to than a nerd.
